For the holidays I accept prepaid, made to order transactions. This means that your order will be made after the purchase and therefore you should allow 12-15 business days for it's shipment. I still ship every order via USPS priority mail, and you will receive a notification to your paypal email address once your package has shipped. Unfortunately, due to the business of the season I am unable to offer rush delivery. If you have questions or concerns about the turn around time, please contact us at [email protected].

Standard procedure:

Your Allora Handmade purchase is ready to ship and in most cases will be mailed within 3 business days. I ship all orders via USPS priority mail, which takes about 2-3 days within the US (a little longer during the holidays). International mail is very unpredictable and unable to be tracked. Most often you will receive your purchase within 2 weeks internationally, but that can not be guaranteed because of customs, etc.  If you are concerned about the time frame, please contact me prior to placing your order to ensure your item will arrive in time. If you make any changes to your order as it is listed (for example-  please make this headband on a white elastic), it will have to be specially made and will take up to 2 weeks from the time of your order.
